Shipping

  • We will ship your order within 2-3 business days after receiving it.

    After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an email with tracking information once dispatched.

    We are unable to edit your order once it has been dispatched.

    Please be aware that any duty and taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. If your item is not collected, Mari Swim is not liable for additonal shipping charges.

    Packages are subject to carrier delays.

  • Your package might be subject to customs and duty charges according to your country, please contact your local government office for more information.

    Any duty and taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

    If you do not pay the duty and taxes, the package might be abandoned by the local customs office, and will not be refunded or reimbursed.

Returns

  • We accept returns for store credit or exchange, we do not accept refunds. Exchanges are accepted 14 days after delivery.

    All items must be:

    • In a perfect, resalable condition.

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

    • The hygiene sticker must be intact.

    Sale items cannot be returned.

    Upon receiving your return we will inspect each suit. If the return is approved, a store credit or exchange will be processed.

    All returns costs are to be covered by the customer.  If your item does not fill our requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

    Mari Swim is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit.

  • To lodge a return, please email hello@mariswim.com.au with your name and order number.

    You can return items up to 14 days from delivery for store credit or an exchange.

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all returns costs are to be covered by the customer.  When returning an item, you should use a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages.

    If your item does not fill our requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

  • All items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount code are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, except for purchases made using our welcome discount code.

    We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items, including any sales or promotional discounts.

Pre-Orders

  • We offer pre-order options, allowing you to reserve your specific sizes and favourite styles in advance to reduce waste and avoid missing out.

    Items will be marked as pre-order in the product description.

    The same exchange policies apply to all pre-orders.
